If you have a monthly subscription or purchased a pack of classes, you MUST book all of your lessons in advance using this booking calendar. This is how it works: ⌁ The calendar displays your tutor's availability. ⌁ Request to schedule your desired time slot. ⌁ Bookings will remain pending until the tutor confirms or declines them. ⌁ You'll receive email notifications and communicate with your tutor through them until the booking is fully accepted and confirmed. In most circumstances, you already have a scheduled weekly day and time that you will stick to. Still, you must reserve these scheduled classes on this calendar to make them yours and unavailable to other students. Once a class is booked, we can only accept scheduling changes and cancellations 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your lessons. Your tutor will keep track of your progress and lessons using the online personal tracking sheet given by you. If you have any problems, please send an email to students@l-sem.com.
